LOOP West Announces New Merchants
Three new tenants including T.J.Maxx plan early summer openings
Three exciting new retailers will open at LOOP West in the next few months; T.J.Maxx, Madrag, and Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. These three stores represent over 35,000 square feet of space at LOOP West and join a great line-up of shopping and dining options including JCPenney, Belk, Books A Million, Bonefish Grill, and BJs Restaurant, among others.
T.J.Maxx offers favorite brands for up to 60% off department and specialty store prices. Savvy shoppers can find items ranging from men, women's, and children's apparel; shoes and accessories; home goods and more. Occupying the previous Circuit City location, T.J.Maxx will open early this summer at LOOP West in its location near DSW Shoes.
With a unique fashion flare, Madrag appeals to the ethnically diverse, fashion minded female. As has always been their focus, Madrag will provide "fashion now" apparel at affordable prices. Madrag has continued to see strong performance in this current retail environment.
Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is the ultimate fro-yo lovers paradise, where customers mix as much yogurt and toppings as desired and pay by weight, not by number of toppings. Grand Opening of New Play Ground at LOOP West
Exciting family event was held Saturday, January 23rd!
KISSIMMEE, FL (January 26, 2010) - The Wilder Companies opened a new outdoor Play Ground at LOOP West on Saturday, January 23rd. The play ground is located near DSW Shoes at LOOP West. The event featured family entertainment, face painting, games, and treats for kids, as well as delectable appetizers from Bonefish Grill, healthy living tips from Florida Hospital Centra Care, and a partnership with A Gift for Teaching of Osceola County. Many attendees brought donations in support of A Gift for Teaching.
The new outdoor Play Ground offers side by side slides, a mini-rock wall climber, increasing step pads, and a picnic area. All are blanketed by overhead sails and trees making this area an ideal place to relax and play.
"This was the first family event of its kind at LOOP West and we look forward to more in the future. We are please to offer this new play ground as a great amenity for families in the community to enjoy. As well, it was great to partner with A Gift for Teaching, a wonderful organization supporting education in our community, and LOOP West was happy to further their efforts in Osceola County" said, Tom Wilder, a Wilder Companies principal.
