Code of Behavior

In order to maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping, dining and entertainment environment, we ask all Loop visitors to refrain from:

  • Defacing, damaging or destroying real or personal property and discarding litter outside designated trash receptacles.
  • Using sexually explicit / obscene language or gestures and racial, religious or ethnic slurs.
  • Threatening or annoying any person physically or verbally, yelling, screaming or fighting.
  • Displaying or wearing any item depicting sexually explicit, offensive, illegal, or obscene images or language.
  • Possessing an open container of alcohol or drug paraphernalia.
  • Running, roller blading, skateboarding, bicycling or riding scooters on sidewalks or roadways.
  • Loitering, obstructing or interfering with flow of pedestrian traffic or patrons' views of store windows or displays.
  • Engaging in boisterous physical, unauthorized musical or excessive audio-based behavior that affects the quiet enjoyment of Loop patrons.
  • Assembling for the purpose of disturbing public peace or committing any type of unlawful act.
  • Soliciting money, contributions or donations, or distributing commercial advertising / promotional materials without the permission of Loop management.
  • Selling items on the sidewalk, door-to-door or in the parking lot is prohibited with out permission of Loop management.
